UUCOV Co-sponsors Lecture Series
In conjunction with the Historical Society and the Bill Jervey Charitable Foundation, UUCOV is sponsoring a four-month program of lectures about local South County history , 1865-1965: Women, African Americans, Celery, Turpentine, and Cattle.
All programs are free and open to the public and will be held in our sanctuary at 1:30pm. The first of these, on June 13th, titled “Four Visionary Women of Venice: Ann Worthington Manning, Louella Albee, Elizabeth Savage Owens, and Frances Bourne”, will be presented by Betty Intagliata.
